When full-scale war broke out, our charity Hands of Grace faced a lot of challenges, one of them being technical (maybe another word for it). We needed to set up a system that would help us cope with the flow of displaced people, we needed to create a website and update the information actively. Having met Bohdan, who came as a volunteer for our fund, I realized that this is the person we really need at this moment. Bohdan actively started to work. By making a chatbot in Telegram, it facilitated our work with a large flow of people. Resettlers could freely sign up to receive aid, and send to distribution points, it helped us to avoid many accidents, as people had to stand in a huge queue in the baking summer sun. The Foundation's website started to work, our activities on the website started to be actively conducted, now we can highlight our activities, our projects, planned projects, and attract donors and charitable organizations to cooperate with us.
